CGC Event Marquees is a well-established marquee provider covering Yorkshire, Lincolnshire & the North East. Boasting over 70 years’ worth of experience between the three senior members of our team, there are few scenarios that we have not encountered! From wedding marquees hidden deep in the remotest Yorkshire countryside to high profile corporate event marquees in the centre of a bustling town or city, or temporary structures keeping sheep safe and sheltered during lambing season, we’ve done it all!

We have a fantastic range of chairs to suit your occasion. The chiavari chair is a popular choice for weddings due to the neutral shade of the frame and ivory seat pad which goes with lots of colour themes. Our clients love our gold and silver banqueting chairs with black seat pads to create a fantastic look for an evening ball.

LIGHTING & SPECIAL EFFECTS
We have many lighting options available for any occasion. Our strip lighting is perfect for service kitchens, conferences, agricultural shows to chandeliers with L.E.D pea lighting in the ceiling to create a soft romantic look to dazzle your guests at a wedding reception. If you require lighting rigs we would be more than happy to work with your chosen AV company.

ENTRANCE MARQUEES AND CANOPIES
A china hat entrance marquee can add to the look of your marquee as well as having many uses such as cover for the reception drinks, a cloak room or a quiet retreat.

DANCE FLOORS & STAGING
We have dance floors in either black and white or all white that can be configured to a range of sizes to fit your marquee or venue. Our staging comes in sections to make your ideal size and we can cover our staging in carpet which comes in many colours to fit in with your theme.

BAR HIRE
We can offer our new handmade 4.2m diameter round bar (14’ diameter) that comes in four quarters, which can be decorated to suit your colour scheme and style.

Also, it can be configured with our 1.8m length straight bar counters.

FLOORING & CARPET
Our wooden interlocking flooring provides you with a solid floor in your marquee which can be carpeted in new cord carpeting offering a huge selection of colours. Contact us to discuss the range of colours available.

We can collate the power requirements for the caterers, band or DJ, bar, lighting, heating, photo booth etc so that you are provided with a safe power ample for your needs.
